Cookie Policy

Effective Date: August 10, 2025
(for Nassau Technologies, LLC – Devsey)

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) explains how Nassau Technologies, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you access or use the Devsey platform (“Service”). This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal information.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to enable websites to function properly, to enhance security, and to store user session information.

Cookies may be:

  • Session cookies (expire when you close your browser); or
  • Persistent cookies (remain on your device until deleted or they expire).

3. Types of Cookies We Use

A. Essential Cookies

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to:

  • Authenticate user sessions and maintain secure logins;
  • Protect against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) and other attacks;
  • Ensure the Service operates as intended.

These cookies are mandatory for the functionality of the Service. Without them, Devsey cannot provide core features.

B. No Third-Party Cookies

We do not use:

  • Advertising or targeting cookies;
  • Behavioral profiling cookies;
  • Third-party analytics cookies.

4. Cookies in Browser Testing Artifacts

Because Devsey executes automated browser tests, cookies set by websites or applications under test may be captured and included in test artifacts such as HAR files, session logs, or DOM snapshots.

  • Such cookies are stored only as part of your test artifacts and are visible solely within your account.
  • These cookies are not accessed, analyzed, or used by the Company for any purpose other than delivering test results to you.
  • Responsibility for lawful capture and handling of such cookies rests entirely with the Customer.

5. Managing Cookies

  • You may disable cookies in your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or using the Service.
  • Cookies captured inside test artifacts cannot be selectively disabled, as they are intrinsic to the reproduction of browser sessions. If you wish to avoid storing such cookies, you must configure your tests accordingly.

6. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any inability to deliver Service functionality arising from Customer or browser-level cookie restrictions, or from disruptions in third-party cookie handling mechanisms.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Updates will be effective upon posting.
